Overview
Epithalon is a four-amino-acid peptide derived from a pineal-gland extract, developed in Russia and studied for longevity. Research has looked at its effect on telomerase (the enzyme that maintains chromosome telomeres), circadian/melatonin regulation, and sleep. Most data come from Russian studies and animal models.
