Cycling is usually framed around giving receptors a rest so a peptide keeps working, but it is worth noting that specific on-off schedules are largely conventions rather than validated regimens. The length and rationale vary widely between sources. From a practical standpoint, a cycle mainly affects how long a reconstituted vial needs to last, which in turn feeds back into the reconstitution volume chosen.
