How much peptide is in each millilitre of solution after reconstitution — calculated as vial amount (mg) ÷ water added (mL). More water means a weaker (more dilute) solution and more units to draw per dose.
This single number is what connects a vial to a syringe: once concentration is known, the units to draw for any dose follow directly. The common surprise is that adding more water does not weaken the dose itself, only spreads it across more units, which can actually make small doses easier to measure accurately.
