Injection site rotation

Alternating where you inject (for example different areas of the abdomen) to avoid irritation, lumps or tissue damage from repeatedly using one spot.
Beyond comfort, consistent rotation matters because repeatedly injecting one spot can build up scar tissue that changes how a peptide is absorbed from that area. Keeping a simple record of sites, much like logging doses, helps avoid overusing a single location; it does not affect the concentration in the vial, only how reliably a given dose enters circulation.
